Marina di Cecina is a seaside resort on the Etruscan Coast of Italy in the Mediterranean. The town is surrounded by enormous pinewood trees that are hundreds of years old, they come right up to the nine-mile-long beach and form part of the Tomboli di Cecina Biogenetic Nature Reserve.

The bright blue sea laps against a long and wide stretch of soft sand, bordered by green Mediterranean shrub. The resort has a long coastline, which since 2006 has enjoyed the prestigious Blue Flag award.

The first record of a town dates back to the sixteenth century when the Grand Duke of Tuscany built a watchtower. The tower was later attached to the Villa Ginori.
